Upended is based in the United States of America.

Does Upended Have Retail Stores or Shops Anywhere I Can Visit?

No. Upended is a purely online company. We are based In Florida and we ship goods worldwide, what you see on Upended Supplies comes to us from all over the world, however, our focus is on American made.

What Form Of Payment Do You Accept?

We accept online payments through Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shop Pay and Paypal.

Why Was I Charged Twice?

You will only be charged for what you purchased. If you see duplicate charges, please give it a few days and it should fall off and the issue should be rectified automatically. However, if it still remains and you are positive you only placed one order, please send us an email to marketplacejam.sales@gmail.com with a screenshot of the duplicate charge for further assistance.

Do You Charge For Shipping Within USA?

No, within the USA shipping is free for most locations (except for very remote and difficult to reach areas)

Do You Charge Handling Fee On Shipping?

Yes, at our discretion it is in the range is from $5 -$7 depending on the customer’s address for processing, customized packing and packaging both local & international orders.

How Do You Ship Your Products? Will My Package Arrive Safely?

We ship our products through leading USA and International couriers. Parcels are packed with top quality packaging material and tamper proof outer covers. Our courier consignments are also fully insured so no worries. You can rest assured that your parcel will arrive safe &

If I Place An Order Today, How Soon Will You Ship Out My Order?

Normally we ship orders within 7 business days of order date. If a product is not in our USA warehouse, and has to come in from an international location, it will take additional days for us to ship the product.

For International Destination, How Long Will It Take To Reach Me After You Ship?

For most international locations our shipments normally reach in 5 to 10 business days. This includes countries like USA, EU, Canada, Gulf, Singapore, Australia. For shipping time to other countries please check with our online customer service
staff.

For or USA Destinations, How Long Will It Take For Shipments To Reach?

For most locations within India our shipments reach in 4 to 7 business days.

Why is the shipping time more than 7 days for some products?

Products

Some of our products are stored in our Florida warehouses are shipped in 7 days. Some products have to come in from respective takes additional time. Check with currier service staff for estimated shipping times.

Upended ships to most countries worldwide. Domestic Packages are shipped via FedEx SmartPost, FedEx Ground or FedEx Express. Alaska, Hawaii, P.O./APO/FPO addresses are shipped via USPS. International Packages ship via Passport Shipping or DHL International Standard.

Do you Do International Shipping?

Yes, you can avail FREE international. For USA shipping cost is also free.

No, It is not Free, Yes There Is A Cost. We ship to over 30 countries internationally. US, Canada. EU countries. South Africa. Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Australia, New Zealand and many more.

We send our consignments through leading international couriers like Fedex, DHL etc.
